💪🏻Motivation is hard to sustain. There are days when I’m not feeling motivated, but I am always disciplined.

💪🏻I have days when I want to have a few more glasses of wine than I should or I want to sit on the couch with a tub of ice cream, but I don’t do that because I’m disciplined about taking care of my body for my health.

💪🏻Instead, I enjoy the one to two glasses of wine that I’m allowed or a few scoops of ice cream.

💪🏻I don’t deprive myself, but I don’t overindulge either. That’s discipline.
